Septiembre, 13 al 17: Historia de Costa Rica

En Costa Rica, setiembre es llamado “el mes de la patria”. Todo se ve lleno de blanco, azul y rojo para celebrar la independencia de nuestro país el 15 de setiembre, las escuelas y los colegios preparan actos especiales y desfiles y el 14 todo el país canta el Himno Nacional a las seis de la tarde.

Esto crea las condiciones perfectas para dar a conocer a nuestros estudiantes los hechos históricos más importantes que nos llevaron a ser un país democrático y amante de la paz.

September 13th – 17th: History of Costa Rica

In Costa Rica , September is called “the patriot month”. Everything is full of white, blue and red to celebrate the independence of our country on the 15th of September. The schools and colleges prepare special acts and parades and on the 14th of September all of the country sings the National Hymn at six o'clock at night.

This creates the perfect opportunity to present the most important historical facts to the student that enabled us to be a peace loving and democratic country.
