1. Shared Room at Student Residency
Rooms are double occupancy (for 2 people) with 2 single beds. CPI students are placed with a roommate of the same gender, unless a couple or mixed-gender friends wish to be placed together. Guests share the kitchen area, dining room and living room.

Studio Apartments in Monteverde
Within a 5 minute walk to CPI Monteverde, the Casa del Toro Studio Apartments offer students top quality and modern lodging that is located in the quiet forested area of Monteverde. All apartments feature comfortable beds, bathrooms with bathtub, cable TV, a strong box (available with a deposit of $20), fully equipped kitchens with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Also available for guest use is a small laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron and board. Two occupants maximum.
