1. Shared Room at Student Residency

Rooms are double occupancy (for 2 people) with 2 single beds. CPI students are placed with a roommate of the same gender, unless a couple or mixed-gender friends wish to be placed together. Guests share the kitchen area, dining room and living room.

 

 

Studio Apartments in San Joaquín

Apartments located in the quiet residential town of San Joaquín de Flores within a 5-minute walk to the CPI campus. The newly constructed furnished and fully equipped apartments are conveniently situated in secure settings nearby a restaurant and a mini mart. Students staying in these apartments will experience the opportunity of living on their own in a Costa Rican community.

The apartments are for a maximum of two people.

 

 

All CPI accommodations run from Sunday through Sunday .

Absolutely, no overnight guests.

Studio apartments and rooms include

  • Comfortable beds with complete bedding
  • Closet
  • Hot water and towels
  • Cable TV
  • Fully equipped kitchens with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker/Eating area
  • Telephone in the common area for local and incoming calls
  • Rooms are cleaned daily
